FAQ

Thank you so much for your interest! I look forward to working with you!

How do I get started booking a tattoo?

I have to approve the tattoo before deposits are made. Deposits must be made at The Patriarch Tattoo Studio or over the phone if you're coming from out of town.

How can I be considered?

To be considered send me a message here directly or an email with a brief explanation of your tattoo idea. I work best with subjects that are people, places, or things. It's hard to interpret a life story so just simple subjects work best 😄 Also include a reference photo of the subject or style you're looking for along with a picture of the intended placement area.

What are the next steps after getting scheduled?

Once the appointments are made then I will usually contact you the week of or a couple days before the scheduled day to get a refresher on the tattoo idea. Then I will have a drawing ready to go on the day of your appointment. So if it's a couple of weeks before your appointment and you haven't heard from me please don't be alarmed! I only take 6 clients a week or so and this is just the way I work best!

How much does it cost?

I charge $180/hr for each session with a $200 deposit upfront to schedule. That deposit will hold all your appointments and will come off the final price of the last scheduled tattoo appointment. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE unless I have to cancel the appointment for some reason.

How long are the appointments?

I only do daily appointments between 6-8 hours long.

How many appointments can I book?

As many as it takes to complete the tattoo. I'll give you an estimate of how many appointments I think it will take when I approve the idea. You can book two days in a row now to get more work done in a shorter period of time if that's something that you're interested in.

What kind of tattoos do you do?

I only take tattoos that I'm confident I can do to the best of my ability. With so many great artists in a small area, every client deserves to have an artist that is stoked on their idea! And some tattoos are best suited for other artists 😄
